Every home is different, so our pricing is based on the property, frequency of visits and level of service needed.

A condo with a simple interior check will not be priced the same as a larger, single-family residence with multiple systems, vendors and access points.

At Beachside Home Watch, we provide a clear quote after we learn more about your home and the type of oversight you would like while you are away.

Recommended Visit Frequency

In South Florida, vacant homes can be affected quickly by heat, humidity, plumbing issues, AC problems and storms.

Mold can develop quickly when moisture or humidity are not controlled. We recommend checking homes once or twice per week, especially during warmer months, hurricane season or extended absences.

Service Options

Weekly Home Watch Visits – good option for homeowners who want consistent oversight and regular reporting.

Twice Weekly Home Watch Visits – recommended for larger homes, waterfront properties and homes with multiple vendors.

Custom Home Plan – recommended for homes that need a more tailored approach.  Depending on the property, additional services may be included such as pre-arrival checks, storm checks, key holder services and vehicle/golf cart/boat checks.
