At Beachside Home Watch, we understand that returning to your seasonal home should feel effortless and welcoming. We offer personalized arrival and departure services so your property is ready when you walk through the door — and properly secured after you leave.
Before You Arrive
Before your return, we can prepare your home according to your preferences so it feels comfortable and ready when you walk in. Arrival preparation may include lowering the temperature, turning on lights, opening blinds, confirming maid service has been completed, stocking the refrigerator, adding fresh flowers, coordinating deliveries, and checking agreed-upon items throughout the home.
After You Leave
After your departure, we can check the home to help make sure it is secure and ready for the time you will be away. Departure checks may include confirming doors and windows are closed, adjusting thermostat settings, turning off lights, checking visible entry points, removing flyers or packages, and transitioning the property into regular Home Watch visits.
